There I was, on my way to work, not late but rushing a bit when I noticed this poor seagull chick on the pavement. No matter how much you may dislike seagulls, and I don't, this has to be a sad little picture.
You can leave it if it is unhurt (Mum or Dad may be nearby). It looks a bit small to be at the fledgeling age though. You can call the RSPCA or take it to a vet's. Vets are legally obliged to care for wild animals (unless the law has changed).
